Guess I didn’t get it completely fixed because I can’t edit these photos so bear with me.

Here is the elusive Varied Thrush that is rarely seen in Iowa! We were the only ones in the viewing area and he stayed on the ground for about 20 minutes.

!!?!#$&*@(),.*&#@–+=. CAN YOU HEAR ME SCREAMING???? I’m sorry – I can’t get the photo to load. Why did Reed’s photo load???? Ach!!!!! Argh!,Ick! And more……

Sorry – looking for help tomorrow.

Hi Mary…The print comes thru and pic of Reed. It is frustrating! Thanks so much for All you do. I want to pass the bird name you mentioned along to my niece (a serious birder) as she treks all over at sightings and other events. We have plenty of cardinals here in our area of Texas and varied other species. I miss you when your off line! The cold wind blows tonight.

The elusive varied thrush really is elusive. He might have broken your iPad picture opting capabilities. On the other hand it was a great picture of Reed.

Technology is great. Until it’s not. You have my sympathies. I have a great IT team or I’d be sunk. Glad you got to see the Varied Thrush! We had cloudy and windy weather today so I stayed in and finished quilt top #9 (9 quilts in 9 months personal challenge). So ready for this deployment to be over. Now it’s time to layer and quilt!

I can just taste your frustration. I so admire you for perseverance to share with us, but time for bed. Have a glass of wine and tomorrow will bring a new day.

I’ve had issues with my computer lately, too. So darned maddening!!!
Hang in there, Mary. We all love reading your blog and seeing your photos so we will be very patient until you fix it. Thanks for all you do.

I do find my IPad easier to use than my PC so I give you kudos for keeping up with the blog. Friends have said I should have a blog but honestly I could not do it without IT help like I had in the work force so I sympathize with you. Loved seeing happy Reed with an ice cream cone.
Well I better send this cause it’s cyber Monday now and who knows what will hold the huge internet traffic together.

Happy to read you and Reed had 20 minutes viewing the elusive Varied Thrush! How exciting! Reminds me of the first time I saw Cardinals during my first winter in Connecticut. I’m going to look up the Varied Thrush online.
Safe traveling to you and Reed, Mary!

Thanks for being so persistent, Mary. I got a new iPad for my birthday and it really does work so much faster and better. My other one was 10 years old, I think.
