Look at all these eggs in my refrigerator again! If you didn’t read a previous post about the eggs, here’s the deal. I give the dogs one egg every night and instead of making eggs in the microwave daily, I bake the eggs in cupcake pans, flip them out in circles and freeze them in baggies, making the whole process much easier. I take them out of the freezer as I need them and now it’s very easy to give each dog one egg. I bake 12-16 dozen eggs each time my frig gets full!

Looks like you should put out an “EGGS for SALE” shingle! You need some egg customers!
Now you’ve got me thinking……..how do those eggs taste once they’ve been frozen?? Could I use them after they’re thawed in potato salad? Chopped up on tossed salad, Anything besides dog food? altho my dog would probably love it. What a neat idea!
Can you sell them to customers too? Some states have all kinds of rules about that… Nothing like a fresh egg!
