Some photos from Day 1 of camp!
Too bad the four legged “quilter” had to climb through the door!! LOL
Lucky Camp quilters and canine trio!
Election Day here in CA. and the last day of school for my 4th Granddaughter. She moves up to middle school in August and is great help when she comes to visit and earns spending money.
UFO #9 is waiting.
Looks like lots of fun.
Wishing I was there. Lots of good memories of camp.
How fun for your group of stitchers!! Looks like somebody doesn’t like being “away from the people”!! LOL
Looks like so much fun & I like seeing that the dogs joined in as well!
I would have a hard time at camp even though I LOVE quilting but I love animals more. I would want to be outside petting them all.
Looks like you’re having a wonderful time! Love the “guards” and your custom made doggy-door.
Hope the weather wasn’t too bad by you last night. Everything went near – but around – us. 3″ of rain, though, but better rain than hail!
Thanks for a great couple of days. Forgot to ask what the name of your grasses by the house are that you just planted? Do they get that whitish plume in the fall?
Connie Vos – the grass by the ramp is Carl Forster which does not have the big white plume. That is pampas grass and it’s the tall grass by the entrance gate.
Thanks and guess who tore out all their machine quilting? yep I did, anxious to get the old bernina out with walking foot!
Oh, Connie – what a big job!
