Looks like Biscuit is meeting Clifford, the big red dog!
Holly and friend
Note her beautiful samplers on the wall
Another Hazel
C’mom Three, play with me!

It’s nearly midnight and Rick is outside moving snow so I can get out for church tomorrow morning.

Love all the decorations, quilts and animals. Thanks everyone for sharing. The weather here in NE Oregon is about 50° but we’re having high winds. It kept me awake thinking about everything that could blow away! I’m glad I haven’t put decorations on the porch yet. I’m sure the neighbors think I’m slacking this year! Stay safe with all the snow you’re getting to the east of us!

My son usually comes and shovels, clears my snow. Last night he called, said the snow was so light I could blow it off my ramp with the leaf blower. OH? I’ve had this blower for 3/4 years, never used it as it’s usually at someone else’s house. So, it’s in the basement. 3″ of snow, used the push broom to clear a path down to the walk in basement, then, I blew the snow off on my way back in. I looked like Frosty when I got to the door. I guess it will now live in the tub in my main bathroom to keep it from dripping on the floor. I love the animals and Christmas.

Dee – I tried my blower, too, but we evidently had more snow or else my blower isn’t big enough.

Good man, Rick! Miss Mortie , I hope someone plays gently with her! Sometimes Penny and Lucy can get too rough playing and we have to break them up.
    Beautiful Christmas decorations everyone!

Thanks to everyone for sharing their decorations. I absolutely love the Dasher and Dancer reindeer in the one picture. Looks like they are antiques.
I haven’t gotten a chance to start my decorating yet. My sister and I are in charge of putting up the town’s outdoor nativity so, we did that Friday in fridgid weather. Hopefully I can get to my own decorating this week.

Loved the Christmas decorations again today. And enjoyed seeing Biscuit and Holly! They each have a friend. Biscuit isn’t scared of the fake dog after a few days.
Have a restful Sunday everyone. 🌻

    Wonderful Christmas photos.

We have two adult cats that we got at separate times and they do not get along. Now another half grown cat has wandered over, so my husband is also adopting this one. How do we get them to get along?

Lori – Barney now wants in the house and Three hates him! Barney is lonely! So what do I do now??.

Wonderful array of photos this morning! I am hoping to get some decorations done before a church group comes this afternoon to carol to me! I made cookies yesterday for this event. Nothing fancy but yummy.

We just got a smattering of snow yesterday. How good of Rick to move it so you can get t church. Stay safe.

Another great day of pictures! I believe the “cubby ” is what we sorted letters in at the po years ago.

Iowa sure has been blasted with weather the last few years. Minnesota, not as bad. Be careful as they’re predicting we could get rain/ice on Tuesday (maybe you also). Mortie seemed like she needed a playmate and along came Three – cute.
All the pictures lately are a joy to see. Thank you everyone for sharing.
The time of day is 5:00 AM. Today I volunteered to serve cookies and bars for coffee hour at church. Of course, I’m worried I didn’t have enough so around 3:00 I got up and made a batch of ginger cookies. Now, it may be too late to go back to bed so I’m checking your blog (love it) and then I’ll find other things to do.
    Have a good day everyone.

Janet, I had to laugh when i read that you got up at 3a.m. To make cookies. I can definitely relate. I’m sure you were up all night thinking about it so, might as well get up. Enjoy your cookies and coffee get together and then go home and take a nap. Been there, done that!

I love seeing everyone’s decorating styles. Such creativity. I enjoyed checking out all the little cubby holes in the cabinet with the log cabins on top.

Bonnie – I did too enjoy enlarging the picture to see those bottle brush trees and goodies in the cubbies.

Hot cocoa to help Rick thaw out. what a precious thing to do AND to get it done before the last minute when you are ready to leave. Drive carefully

I will! But lest you think he’s cold and wet, he’s in a heated tractor cab! I do so appreciate him clearing it so I can get out.
