Dill Pickle Dip Recipe

Mary B. brought Mary E.’s Birthday meal today and it was wonderful!  One of our favorites was the dip that she brought with pita chips, so we thought we’d share the recipe with everyone.

Dill Pickle Dip

8 oz cream cheese (I used light)

1 C. sour cream (I used light)

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp parsley flakes

5 oz. (2 pkg) of dried beef – but fine

Dill pickles ….8 – 10 midgets or however many you want!! – diced fine

I used my food processor… started with the meat and then removed it.  Then chopped the pickles, removed them.  Then creamed the cream cheese, added sour cream and seasonings and then stirred in the meat/pickles.

Chill.

Serve with a firm cracker or pita chips.

Enjoy!
