In today’s newspaper there was an ad in the give away section listing a 2 year old female Jack Russell Terrier. I called immediately but the owner had already given her to someone else. Why didn’t I read the paper earlier in the afternoon?

You have probably seen this before, but I thought of you:
It came to me
that every time I lose a dog
they take a piece
of my heart with them,
and every new dog who comes into my life
gifts me with a piece of their heart.
If I live long enough
All the components of my heart
will be dog, and I will become
as generous and loving as they are.

Yes, I’ve seen it and love it! Maggie is having a hard time this past week and it’s almost her time. So sad!
Keep your fingers crossed, Mary! Hope you left the owner your name just in case it doesn’t work out. Owning a Jack Russell Terrier isn’t for everyone.
Hopefully she found a good home.
Hey, Mary, I have to re-home Emma, my yellow lab. Moving to an Independent Living place and she is too big. I am really sad about this. Want an Oregon dog?
Mary Evans – do you have any way to get her to Iowa? Seriously!
I would take her if you can get her here.
I have my foster dog Dixie. She’s actually really great and could use a home š Don’t you need a beagle in your brigade?
