Our newest employee, Deb Hill, brought a treat for break — a dip that is very refreshing called Pineapple Dip. Clockwise – Brandi, Mandy, Deb and Joan.

Pineapple Dip
2 — 8 oz. cream cheese
1 T. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 t. Lawry’s seasoning
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together and serve with crackers.

Sounds great, except for the green pepper. Is there something I could substitute, or would it be just a good without the green pepper? Thanks.

This looks like another keeper. I made (what I called “Dilly Pretzels”) for the holidays and everyone loved them. Even the people who don’t care for dill thought they were great. I told them that quilters make the best food!
I also bought the LED light kit(3 bulb one) on our bus trip to your place in August. I love it. Now I don’t have an excuse for pieces that don’t quite meet together. (HA)
