Heidi just walked into the house!
She appears to be fine, not extremely skinny. Seems glad to see me, not rushing to the food bowl however. Cleaning herself and doesn’t seem to be anxious or afraid. She is not doing that loud meowing. I am in happy shock. Finally some good news! I don’t know what to think or say but I am so happy to share this good news with you.
Someone answers prayers. I don’t need to know how. I’m so happy for you and for Heidi.
My thoughts exactly Carole S.!!
That is great news! Good to see you again Miss Heidi.
So, so happy to hear it! Thank you for sharing.
Answered prayers! So glad she’s home.
Exactly Diana W. My favorite thing to be able to say..Prayers asked and Answered!😁
Oh Mary……SO good to hear and see Heidi. If only she could tell you about her absence.
This is the news I’ve been praying for as I’m mom to a kitty too. So happy Heidi has returned. Sounds like a good neighbor has been feeding her or she caught and ate her prey.
I am doing an amazing happy dance for you right now! Thank you for sharing this wonderful news!
So happy to hear she is home and safe.
Amen from AZ.🌵
I am so glad for you, that Heidi has returned!!
That IS good news!
Such a beautiful girl, glad she is back in her loving home!
Don’t you wish cats could talk? She would tell you all about her great adventure!
Oh, bless her heart! What a story she could tell. Had to come home to mama.
I bet someone had her in there house. Feeding her. And as soon. as she got out the door she came home.
What wonderful news!
Oh, Mary, I am so happy she has returned, and she looks great. I wonder if Google could tell us what loud cat meowing. means.
My cat used to do the loud meowing and I finally took her to the vet and found out she was in heat! I wonder if you’ll be seeing some baby Heidis in the near future? 😻
No, all my cats are spayed and neutered.
Always a good day when our beloved animals come home.
So glad she is home. We love our animals, don’t we?
So happy for you!!
Hi Mary – Maybe Heidi was at someone else’s house. We had a cat that did that. She was gone for about three weeks and one night I opened the door and there she was. We thought she might have been in someone’s garage or someone was feeding her. You got Heidi back and that’s what is important… You and she will sleep well tonight. I’m glad for both of you. Linda
Sometimes I think it would be great to have one of those tiny cameras on my cat to see where he goes. I think that is the only way to find out what they get up to. Glad she is home safely.
Wonderful good news! And, I bet she never tells you what she has been upto. So glad for you Mary.
So happy for you and Heidi! Great news all around!
Oh, Mary!! I’m m so very happy for you! So glad she found her way back home. I’m crying happy tears for you.
Wow….Great news. So glad for you. Awesome. Snag her tight!
Hip Hip Hooray for Heidi, you let her know that I missed seeing her. So happy to hear the good news.
I’m soooooooooio happy for you.
That is such great news, you know how special Heidi is to me. Give her extra kitty hugs for me and tell her not to go off again.
So very happy your little one is home safely, Mary. It had to be horrible not knowing where or how she was.
Yay!! Glad she’s back!!
This is such great news! I am so happy for you. Tonight you can sleep peacefully.
Mary, is this the white calico you recently inherited? Glad she made her way home. I wonder if she was in heat? But I am thinking it is usually the male that comes calling in such cases.
Such goods news about Heidi. I’m happy for the two of you.
What wonderful news…..so happy for you! Thanks for letting us all know.
Think she eloped and the honeymoon’s over? Glad she realized she left such a safe home and came back.
HAPPY…HAPPY…HAPPY FOR YOU N HEIDI, SO WONDERFUL SHE FOUND HER WAY HOME!!!!!
I know how very hard it is to lose a fur baby, our son just lost his Scottie, Monet of 11 years, so devastating ….so YEAH, she is home!!!!🐈💗🐈💗🐈💗🐈
Heidi’s return made my day!!! Miracle.
So glad that Heidi is back. Maybe she will decide that she never wants to go outside again!
Don’t you wish she had a FitBit to see how many miles she covered.! So glad she is back safe & sound!
Mary, I’m so pleased for you. Our animals are all part of our family. We hate to see them unhappy.
So very happy for you. Wonderful news.
What an answer to prayers and so happy for you. This kitty looks a lot like my sister’s cat, Pumpkin. I suspect you’ll keep Heidi inside for the next week in lieu of her adventure without your consent.
Hurray!!! I’m so glad she’s back and seems okay. What a great day brightener for you!
So VERY VERY happy for you ! SHw wanted to be home to celebrate the fourth with you.
Great News! I had given up. Maybe she visited a neighbor for a few days?
Wonderful news Heidi is back home. How strange how she went missing. Hope you have a great July 4th weekend. Carolyn from the Shenandoah Valley VA
Oh that is great.!!…….. My mother always used to tell me that many times cats just seem to heal themselves…. I am SO glad she is still there with you !!
WHAT wonderful news//////// Maybe she just needed a mini vacation and went to a healing place. This made my day. I know you are very happy but we all felt for you as well and so very glad she is home where she belongs.
I am so happy for you! Love those kitties!!!
so happy she came home. I have a Border Collie named Heidi.
I am so happy for you. We had a cat that needed medication for seizures go missing one time. I was beside myself. One night I said to my husband let’s go out looking one more time. We found her just as a strange cat was getting ready to attack her. She was quite weak. I was elated! Afterward my husband told me he started to say it was no use, she was gone. We were both glad he didn’t.
So glad Heidi returned. What a relief for you.
Yay! I’ve been thinking about her.
Oh, such good news!
Any chance she visited Colton’s birth home, and stayed? Her odd behavior before she went missing sounded like she was not well before she disappeared. Or maybe she got trapped someplace and just found a way out.
I wish they could tell us. I’m so glad she’s back. If it were me, I’d lock the little sweetie in the house for a while!
Are there GPS trackers for cats yet?
OMG Heidi is back from her rumpus! I feel your joy! I was almost delirious when our Kitty returned home! I’m so happy for you, Mary!
So glad Heidi came back to you. Now you will have a happy Fourth of July!
I wonder where Heidi has been and what she has been up to????? I’m happy for you, Mary, that she is back. You’ve had too much sadness lately. Her return makes for a happy day for you.
I second all the happy comments. This brings a smile too. I hope and pray she is okay and stays home.
Love this kind of happy news!!!! Don’t you wish she could tell you where she has been?
I’m so happy for you and Heidi. One of my cats was missing for 13 days so I understand both your fear and joy.
We can always use great news like this! Give her extra petters from all of us!
How absolutely wonderful. Wonder what she has to say for keeping you worried. Wink
So glad to hear Heidi is safe and back home.
Happy!!!! Glad Heidi returned back home…Bless and relief and you sleep good.
I am “so very happy for you”. I know you were worried as would I be. Glad she is back home and stats put. 😊🐱😊

That is great news!! She is such a pretty cat! Wish I could have a kitty…am allergic to them : (
Thank you Saint Anthony, I have been praying to him to bring Heidi and somebody else’s kitty home. I am so glad for you and for her. Hugs, Felicia
Don’t you wish you knew what she was telling you just before she disappeared.?
What great news!
I knew it….She has a beau and just needed a little TCL! But she couldn’t stay away, because she knew what a cushy place she had with you!! Glad she returned home!
i am so happy for both of you. just make sure she knows you missed her and are overjoyed that she is back. yes, we can communicate with our cats. maybe she just wanted to visit a neighbor or a new cat in the vicinity. PTL that she is home. hugs, patti in florida
Oh my gosh I am so excited for you! Best news I’ve heard in awhile! Thank you for sharing.
Prayers asked and Answered, I’m so very very happy your sadness has been replaced by overwhelming joy. Enjoy your special time together for the next eternity.
How exciting is that!!!
I’d say that is truly answered prayers.
That is fantastic news I am very happy for you.
Wonderful news! I had just been thinking about her. So glad she is home. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if she could sit down & tell you what adventures she has had? My grandmother had a cat one time that would take off, sometimes for months (!) & we were sure she was gone for good then one day she would just come ambling back like nothing had ever happened. It was strange though, while she was gone my grandmother died suddenly. Berry (the cat) came back for one day, we fed her & the next day she was gone, never returned.
Welcome home, Heidi!
I’m so happy for you. That post almost made me cry.
What a thrill! Only someone who has been through it knows that feeling! I’ve looked every day to see what you found out about Heidi! So happy for you!
I am so happy for you..
Another thought from Heidi: “I just went to visit Aunt Clara for a few days; forgot to tell you.”
So glad to see she is back. When our neighbors cat went missing for a few days, she was found accidentally locked in a shed, hungry, but otherwise fine.
What a blessing! Another reason for believing in miracles.
Hello Pretty Kitty! Where did you go? So glad you are home – but don’t do that to Mary again! 🙂
Welcome home Heidi!! Please don’t scare us again.
Your kitty says “what’s all the commotion about, I took a trip, had a little vacation, and now I’m back!” So glad for happy news….
So happy for you! You needed good news. Too bad she can’t tell you about her adventures.
Glad she is home…….does not seem to have been in a fight. I have learned that cats do not want you to feel like they depend on you for anything, even though they really do! So I try to return the favor and I get lots of rubbing in return.
Yay Mary! Glad for you to have good news!
Super good news. Tell her she had lots of folks praying for her and you. Glad she’s back.
That is great news! Perhaps she went on vacation.
Glad to hear she’s back safe. I recently found out my 15 yr old cat, who has been missing since January, has been living with a family about 1/4 mile down the road. Go figure.
We all needed some good news!! Thanks
Wow. That is great news!!!!
How exciting to have her back hom! I am so happy for you!
Glad to hear she’s back. Give her a big hug. You don’t realize how special they are until they are gone for a little while.
That is great news!! I hate not knowing what happens when anything disappears! If only we could communicate with them!!
Oh Mary, what great news! And a great way to start the day. So glad Heidi is home safe.
If cats could only talk and tell us their stories.
WOO HOO! I am so very happy for you – and for dear Heidi too!
WOW! this is GREAT!!
Whoopee! The sun definitely came out for you today. Prayers are amazing.
So happy Heidi is home! Pam and I were so worried, answer sad for you. This is wonderful news!
I’m so glad to see this! Yay! This is such fantastic and happy news!
I am so happy that she came home! It is good to hear some good news!
Oh happy day, our prayers were answered.
Thank you for sharing the good news I am so glad kitty is home.Tell that animal that good cats get home before dark.My cat seems to love night smells and sounds.I tell him he can enjoy all that on my screen porch.
If only our pets could talk! I’m breathing a big sigh of relief along with you, Mary. Heidi coming home is great news.
Hurray!! So glad Heidi is home. What a wonderful early Birthday gift!! A little birdie names Leslie told us you had a special day coming up. Happy Birthday, Sunday 7/3.

Glad Heidi is home. Have a wonderful weekend. Paula in KY
So happy for you both!
So happy to hear this good news!! They are surprising creatures!
15 years ago we moved from the old home place to a new farm place 5 miles away. I took my 3 outdoor cats along of course. About 4 months after we moved my black and white named Swirl disappeared. He was 3 years old. I kept thinking he walked back to his old barn but we could never find him along the way or there. We still own the place and have machine sheds there so we would go frequently. One day about 3 months later I rode over there and couldn’t believe my eyes saw him. He was skin and bones and full of ear mites and ticks. The vet said he wouldn’t have lasted much longer. After much needed attention he made a full recovery and I just lost him this past year at the age of 18. Very happy I got to have him all those years after a very sad 3 months.
Margie – that’s a real miracle story! Wonder why he didn’t come back to his new home when he got hungry.
Wow, that is wonderful! I am so happy for you…..life is good……
