Honestly I need a constant guide for my computer, my phone and my IPad. I’m sure this has happened to some or maybe all of you at one time or another. A software update comes along and all of a sudden nothing is recognizable on your screen. Well, that is what happened to me the day after the sale – I let the IPad update to a new software version and when it came time to sort out the quilts and label with the buyer’s name, I couldn’t even figure out how to get back to the pictures of the quilts by number! After much “fooling around” with the blog screens, comments and replies, I have discovered my way around the new software. I am sorry if I worried you – I was afraid I might lose the comments at some point so that’s when I asked you to use my email with questions and/or comments. I believe it’s all “fixed” now so we’re back on track. All bids are on my screen and I’ll be looking for your checks to arrive soon and then we will mail out the quilts.
A friend has been here since yesterday and we worked on a baby quilt for her to give to a new grandchild – Hazel needed something to keep her busy while we sewed so we gave her a roll of adding machine paper. She was busy for hours!
Here is Hazel Jane’s 12 week photo. Gosh, I do love this little dog!
Glad all turned out well – what a hassle for you! Your Hazel is such a sweetheart! No wonder that you love her so!
I mailed my check yesterday. Love that puppy
Hazel is just the cutest thing I’ve seen in a while. I just love puppies. They just want to know everything.
I’m so happy for you.. it’s hard to get a new fur baby when you lose one. Then you see how quickly they take over your heart. Hope you have many years with this sweet little Hazel.
Oh, she is so cute. That face…that sweet face. I am happy for you.
Mary Hazel Jane is so very precious and glad she enjoyed the roll of paper. At first I thought she got into a roll of toilet paper. Again, what a little seeetheart ❤️
Your new baby is stealing so many of our hearts.
You had VERY good backup on your sale. Probably all of us had all of your postings and all of the comments still on our computers. Now how good is that?? Not everybody is that lucky.
Betty
Love that dog Hazel. I may try a roll of paper to keep our Goldendoodle busy. she is just 5 months and 27 1/2 lbs and never stops.

Surprised that she was posing for the picture. I have a 10 year old new recuse cat and when ever I take her picture it looks like she is about to attack and she is the sweetest cat ever imagined. Someone loved her and it shows and it is their loss and my gain. Hazel looks adorable and much company ans I am sure that you need to be by her side all the time. Puppies NEVER get bored but always find ways to amuze themselves maybe not your idea of amusement but definitely theirs.
Check sent and looking forward to my package.
She is just so stinkin’ cute….I really dread anytime I have to update my ipad software so you’re not alone.
Yes, new versions can wreak havoc, especially if it hasn’t been tested properly and continues to crash the system. Frustrating even for an old programming geek (me). 😬
Hazel Jane! Too cute. My husband says she looks like a Hazel Jane. Happy Easter on Sunday.
Whew–glad it worked out. Betty is correct; I still have all of the postings and comments from the sale. My kids call me the “just in case” mom–lol. Squeak thought Hazel had attacked the TP the way she did as a baby. Squeak reads “Chicken Scratch” over my shoulder:) Hazel just melts our hearts!!
Hate those updates! So glad you solved the problem, but what a waste of your time to have to figure it out!
Hazel is as cute as can be. No wonder you love her!
Cutest pic yet of Hazel. You can just tell how sweet and happy she is!
Sorry about the software glitch, happy that it didn’t take too long to “fix” it!
Your little Hazel Jane is just precious! Don’t you just love the scruffy fur?! And that sweet face. Enjoy these months with her as a puppy. They go by so fast…

Sorry I missed the sale…just getting over illness. Sounds like it was exciting in more ways than one. Anyone who doesn’t understand computer problems doesn’t have a computer. Hazel is so much fun to follow. Would love to see the baby quilt.
That little Hazel is absolutely adorable. I love the name as well. I write childrens’ stories, (well someday I’ll actually put them out there, maybe) and use all old fashioned names, including Hazel, for my characters. Love seeing pictures of that cute little dog!
Mary, I fully understand the frustration with computer, i-pad, etc. In January I started a part-time job where I have to use an i-pad. Had never even seen one before! Thankfully, I work with a bunch of kids who are very generous with their knowledge, and are always willing to help an old lady out. I don’t know about you, but I sure feel stupid when it comes to all these electronics.
You named her after your Mom and Janie? Perfect name!
Jane – yup!
Great 12 week picture, very professional of a dear “baby.”
Mary where did you get that little dog, my hubby needs to know☺️ Also have you ever heard of Nigerian Dwarf goats ? I just got 3 and tomorrow I plan on getting 2 more. They are so cute and are very small. Have a Happy EASTER 🐇🐰🐣. Esther
Esther – yes, I’ve had several Nigerian goats – Susannah was a Nigerian dwarf. Hazel came from a friend of a friend of a friend through Facebook. Why?
She’s a lucky pup to have landed in your home!
Computers, IPhone, IPad or what ever they all make me crazy!!!! And my husband is no help at all!!!!
Hazel…..12 weeks….where did the time go!!!
