Here are my finished blocks from yesterday – a real mish-mash of colors, huh?
The next rainy day I’m going to start putting blocks up on my design wall. I am anxious to see what I’ve created! I might even consider making another one with a very limited color palette.
I cannot wait to see them on the wall! This shoukd be really amazing!
Even though I’m not making this quilt it has been a lot of fun watching the progress. Thanks
I just have 14 filler blocks left to make. I’m done with the square in the squares. 3″ square in the squares, 23 of them all different, just brutal. After, I done with the filler blocks, I need to put it away for awhile; I’m thinking of maybe finishing it in the winter; also thinking of setting the blocks in a sampler setting rather than the straight strips. Hey, I recognize some of the gray fabrics.
P.S. I almost died wen you said you wanted to make another one.
Mary, Your fillers look good together. Looking forward to it all on the design wall. So nice to follow along with your progress.
I am looking for your Merry Merry Christmas pattern…tried sending an email to mary but it was not delivered..is this pattern still in print?
I don’t know anything about this gypsy wife block project. What is it? what am I missing?
