Happy Thanksgiving

What a fun day we’ve been having with Eric, Nikki and Camber! They drove from Greenbush, MN (northwest corner) and met us at a buffet at the casino in North Iowa.

The buffet was delicious – we’re still full! Here are pictures I took here at home – Camber is a photo waiting to happen – ha!

The pictures say it all!

Yesterday was a great egg day – look at this variety and look at the tiny one! It looks like a malted milk egg!

Hazel says she hopes you all had a great Thanksgiving!

I started hanging the Christmas quilts.

More to come.

Mary, I can see that you had a good Thanksgiving, Camber has grown so much! Is Hazel good with her? Both of them together, doesn’t get any cuter. Love those Christmas quilts. I have to make myself one even if it is just a little one.

I love the photos of your granddaughter with Hazel and the sense of connection between them. It’s good to be with family and friends on this day, celebrating all we have to be thankful for. The Lord has blessed you richly and know your heart is full of joy. I’m very interested in quilting and may take up a project for this holiday season. You always inspire me when I see your current works.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. Great pictures and they tell a wonderful story of LOVE. And, added to my list of “thankfuls” are your messages with all the pictures of you and your many “friends” on the farm.

I still use the orange and green tupperware bowls. They make great baby toys. Glad you had a great Thanksgiving. Mine was with daughter and family (included 3 of my grandchildren). I enjoy your blog about any topic you choose, they are all enjoyable.

What a perfect Thanksgiving with family. We had a great day even though I forgot the stuffing. Who forgets the stuffing?? Will Hazel be your Christmas card this year? She is so photogenic. It looks like Camber loves animals as much as you do:) I love seeing your Christmas quilts.

Oh Mary, thanks for sharing these precious pictures of Camber and Hazel. They are just too cute!
We had my sister’s four little grandsons at our central IL Thanksgiving gathering–ages 3, 2 1/2, 6 weeks, 2 weeks. The entertainment was non-stop. I am still working on the two-week-old baby’s quilt–just too busy.

Sounds like you all had a great Thanksgiving! Chamber is at that great age when everything is new. I have a new nephew 6 mos and all I could do is kiss those fat little cheeks. Love those babies. Always love all your pictures.
