Rosemary W – my first puppy that died looked like he might grow up to look like Banks!

Awe….sorry that didn’t work out….sounds like it wasn’t meant to be. Definitely romping over the rainbow bridge with mom! Makes me smile thinking about it!

  13. Kathy in western NY

What a lovely treat to see such wonderful pictures this morning after such a solemn last week. I am so happy you make time and effort to give us such
Photos to enjoy. Thank you ! Much appreciated.

  14. Margie from Ohio

Thanks! Never thought of a chocolate bunny! How unique! Loved all the quilts.

  15. Nancy TD

Loved the quilt finishes. A chocolate bunny—he would have stood out in our 8 inch snowstorm on Easter. Mary , you gave the puppies love while you had them.

  16. Joyce from NY

All the beautiful pictures came through this time, thank you for your efforts. So sorry about the puppies.

  17. Sue in Marion, IN

Pictures came through this time! Didn’t get them the first time. So sad about the puppies, poor little things. On a happier note, we had YouTube church on Easter. Bishop Doug of the Episcopal Northern Diocese of Indiana officiated from the cathedral in South Bend. Our priest, Pastor Mindy, led the service, Fr. Ted from Huntington and a priest I don’t know from Logansport did the readings and the prayers. Pastor Mindy had Zoom coffee hour for our congregation, but we forgot to participate! It was warm here for Easter, but we got your weather system yesterday and it is COLD. The better to stay in and sew!

  18. Diane Bauer

What a beautiful Easter cross!! So many beautiful flowers!
I love the chocolate bunny—hadn’t thought of that variation!! Your readers are sooooo creative!! Now I’m going to have to make another Harvey for my collection!!

    1. CountryThreads Post author

Diane Bauer – your quilt posted instead of another one – I have no idea why.

  19. Diane and Squeak

If I made a chocolate Harvey, it would have to be without ears because my daughter swears I always ate the ears off her bunnies–NOT true–lol!!
The DD’s are wonderful and the flowers on the cross are beautiful in the snow. It is colder here in Central Ohio now, but going to be nice later in the week.
Again, thanks for what you did for the puppies, Mary. I am sure they knew your soft voice and tender touch.

  20. Betty Klosterman

Mary, did Reece’s mother have the baby yet? Thought about it while laying in bed this morning.

  21. Debbie

  22. Susie lenz

I got the photos! I still don’t receive ads to click on,but my browser is old, when I get a new device we may be fine again. Thank you!

  23. Amy M

Wow I may have to make Harvey again, great job Donna. Love the floral cross, that is really a great idea. I know you are heartbroken over the puppies but you did the best you could and you learned a lot to share with the shelter for next time. Every living creature has a purpose and maybe that mama and her litter were to educate on how to treat young pups. Starting the sixth week working from home and as much as I don’t miss my commute and getting dressed for work, I miss my ergonomic chair. I’m using the office chair I had in my sewing room but I can tell it is not comfortable. Might be time to upgrade : ) P.S. I think the ads depend on your firewall/security settings, browser, and browser history being cleared or not. My ads are always sites I have visited previously either clothing or quilt shops.

  24. Diane in WI

All the photos came through. I have to get busy to keep up with all of the creative people who send you pictures. Lots of wind and snow showers today. Be safe.

  25. Jean

Got the pics this time thanks! The cross at connie’s church is just lovely indeed. Still sad about those pups not having a chance to love a human and make them laugh.

  26. Launa

Floral cross in snow was beautiful to see. Nice projects to share, too. Chocolate bunny is a treasure! Yum yum 😋!
Expecting 2-4” of snow tonight or early tomorrow! Hope the fringe of storm brings less to my area of Idaho!
Thanks for caring so tenderly for the adorable puppies!

  27. Margaret

Hello, I got the last four pictures you put on but none came thru on 4-13-20. Have a good day!!
