I am still drinking coffee after staying up very late to watch Yellowstone – I had to wait until 12:30 am for the replay!
Thanks to all of you who watched the cantata LIVE last night – Pastor Brian and I were getting that all set up right before we started and I had no idea until I got home to even know if it worked.
All the grueling practice becomes worth it all when I play the last note and the candlelight service begins – it nearly brings tears to my eyes!
Thanks for watching! You’re my support system!
It was lovely. Thanks for sharing
and it is ladies like you that make this season so special………. thanks for continuing to share your time and talents……
Made me so homesick for the Christmas pageants and cantatas in my small church in south Florida. Sadly the church has been demolished, the land became so valuable the church could not sustain itself. Thank you for sharing.
Carolyn Howard – now that’s sad!
I really wanted to watch, but it kept saying the program would start in 33 minutes. However, it never got past there. I am so happy for you and your members for the Christmas music.
Lu I – hmmm, I don’t know why – did you click on the LIVE button? You can watch it today on the blog – just start it while you’re doing housework and it will playa eventually.
Same thing happened to me. The timer got down to 14 minutes and quit. If I pushed buttons, it restarted at 33 minutes.😢.
From the comments, we missed a great program.
I’ll try YouTube today.
Jo in Wyoming – could you move the cursor forward so it doesn’t stop and go back? Try it – I hope it works.
I moved the time bar over and was able to watch the whole program….it was beautiful!
Thank you for whining so it got posted and the instructions on how to watch it.
I truly enjoyed it.
I can try to forward my link k to you
I think Luci should try it again. This time on the line at the bottom of the screen which shows how long the video lasts —-just slide the curser to the right and skip the 33 minutes, you will be able to watch the whole cantata. At least it worked for me.
Very nice cantata and your pianos were so nice. Hope the lady who fainted is alright.
Merry Christmas to everybody.
Betty in Rapid City
Betty K – I hope she reads this – I just assumed everyone knew that but also if she didn’t hit Live or play it wouldn’t advance. I only posted it because I have whined about the practicing for two months and I wanted you all to see it was worth the effort. Today I’m cooking and baking – for the whole week. Now I’ll be able to sew without guilt!
You done good. Go sew! And hug the dogs and what’s his name!! Oh, Rick!
Betty
I plan to watch today! Thanks for sharing!
I watched this morning, lovely Cantina, thanks for sharing the link,
Thanks for sharing. It was beautiful inspiration!!
Mary,
You are such a blessing to all of us and your church members as well.
Thanks for sharing; it was beautiful!
We received more snow last night. Am keeping Kentucky in prayers.
Launa – oh, those poor poor people in Kentucky! Where will all those people go now? No houses! It’s 40 degrees here today and our snow is melting, thank goodness.
John Dutton for governor …..who would of thought!!!!
Denise – yes! Another story line going forward! Love it!
Beautiful Cantata!! Great recovery after the poor gal fainted. Thanks for sharing!
I had no problem accessing the video. Thank you for the link. Your talent is amazing and your dedication to this event for your community is outstanding. They are lucky to have you.
Hopefully you can take a breather and relax a bit. Maybe do a little “improv” sewing for fun.
Sandy – thank you, Sandy! Yes, I’m going to sew, watch Netflix and read for awhile until my heart stops pounding!
Thank you, Mary. The Cantata was a blessing. Merry Christmas!
We lost power again yesterday afternoon as well as internet and cable. Just came back on so you can’t imagine how sad I was last night not to watch this!!!
I am so exhausted from all this wind damage that I am ready to go to bed. First we had power during early part of yesterday and then wires blew up causing a fire not far from us so that was frightening to watch happen. But I am still doing better than those poor people in KY which is so sad. I know tomorrow will be a better day as I can’t wait to sit and watch this. It’s just what I truly need.
The Cantata was wonderful! Music at Christmas fills my soul and this was so lovely and well done. Thank you so much for sharing that link!
