Bentley came over to play with Tucker Monday afternoon – Telly was sick to death of Tucker and Bentley just can’t get enough of him!
This big puddle in our yard was irresistible to those two.
And after an afternoon of tearing around the farm, this was what they all looked like.
And after Bentley went home…..
Here is my beloved porch – full of firewood mess. I can’t wait to clean it up, buy a new rug and move my chair out there!
I spent 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone with my blog “guy” this morning trying to straighten out my many questions regarding the blog. One very cool fact was noted on the Stats page – this blog has had over one million visits! Thank you, Readers, for making my day!
Have you been watching the Westminster dog show? Such fun to see all the different breeds. Love you doggies too!
WOW over a million visitors–you are very popular and do such a great job –we love your posting. Take care–spring is around the corner.
Yes, Helen – loved the agility competition Sunday night!
And Tucker’s best bud, Bentley, was also exhausted. Stan said when he put him in the pickup Bentley let out a big sigh and laid down. 30 minutes later he had a bath, toweled off, and was ‘out for the count’ for the night. Nothing beats spending a fun day with your best friend. 🙂
Thanks Mary!!
I have been known to read your posts before I read an email from my kids or even my friends. Your emails are so interesting and always make me smile! ALWAYS.
well, YOU make my day! thanks
Wow! You are in millionaire! And in friends, not dollars! What a Happy Valentine’s Day! 🙂
Congratulations, Mary. That is quite a record. Keep up the good work ’cause we love it.
Happy Valentine’s Day.I hope,Iowa had as nice a day as Indiana- sweather weather in February.
Thank YOU for making ours!!!
It doesn’t surprise me that you have had 1 million visits. You blog is the only one I follow and
I never miss a post. Please stick around, my day wouldn’t be the same.
YES you make our days telling us about your days! And sharing all the fun you make in your home.
We sure love reading your blog.
I’m not surprised you’ve had a million visitors! You write a great blog that is really fun and interesting to read, always upbeat! Even when you tell of something sad the humanity there is real. Thank you for doing this. I love reading every blog.
You have a million readers because we love your blog so we’ll keep reading and you keep writing–even Steven:) I have forgotten is Bentley a darker Golden Retriever or an Irish Setter? Our Irish was named Arsenic–better the dog than one of the kids!! Warm here in Central Ohio–45 yesterday and 49 today, but not as nice as Florida. We’re home:(
Diane – isn’t it great to be home? Bentley is a golden retriever – very dark red.
Congratulations, Mary! Thank you for always making our day with your posts!
Take care.
Hi Mary, Just catching up. Our good friend did mornings and our good neighbor did evenings, but Squeak was very happy to see us. She lets just our friend pet her so we have had TONS of purr time since we came home yesterday and I haven’t been out of her sight!! She does think I’m her Mama:)
You have a million readers because we love your blog so you keep writing and we’ll keep reading:)
Diane – please let me correct you – I’ve had a million visits – not a million different people. For example, you have visited multiple times. Hug Squeak for me!
Ooops. A million visits is still great:) She’s sitting in the sun right now so I’ll give her a hug. Same to her “twin” Millie.:)
Thank YOU for taking the time to make OUR days! Love your blog!
