Really?

Millie is trying to look innocent but she’s the one who likes to lounge around on top of the pincushion display case where this plant was living and doing quite well there, too, if I do say so myself.  So I’m off to find a new pot, new soil and a new spot to live.

And here is Section 9 of Gypsy Wife!  I am so excited to be back working on it again.

Meet Sir Charles (Charlie)

  And Finn
Who both arrived this afternoon for the Thanksgiving weekend.  Tomorrow morning Jackson arrives and then that’s everybody.  I think I can do it.  I did have to enlist help for tomorrow night when I have to leave for choir practice.  Bentley’s mom is coming to dog sit-I think she’s the only person I could trust to handle 10 dogs at once other than me

Such lucky dogs to get to spend the holiday with you! So did your Gypsy Wife book show up or did I miss something in a post?

No, my book is still missing so I’m using Connie’s book. I think she has given up on this quilt after all the complaining I’ve done about the directions.

Oh, little Millie, what WERE you thinking?

Millie looks almost exactly like my Kitty who is named LuluBelle, but prefers Kitty! No matter how naught she may be (like walking all over the baby grand) she still gets only love! Well, maybe a nasty look when there is a fur ball in my path, or on the rug! Like today. Ick!

    Mary,
Sir Charles (Barkley??) What a fine calm fellow he seems to be.
Happy to see you are working on Gypsy Wife again..it’s looking good!
Just waiting for the winter rain storm to arrive here in the valley tonight. Some Sierra ski resorts are open and around here it’s vacation week for schools.

Mary, you are so amazing with all these animals. I can barely keep up with my two labs and you are taking care of 10 dogs and other assorted critters. Have a blessed Thanksgiving and be sure to get some rest.
