      Janice,

I laughed when I read your comment. Until you, my brother was the only person I knew who says jeepers!

Nice size picture. One ad to close, but I use Firefox and Denise said there can be issues with that. You are an example of good old Iowa persistence!

No bother. It’s nice to see that it is working out for you and us. I’m sure we get more from your pictures and your notes than I can say. I know this is no fun. I have been there. I look forward to hearing from you every day. God Bless you Mary. I know he will. Nancy P.

You are the nicest bother—love being bothered by you.

Mary, if this doesn’t work, a suggestion I have is a Facebook private group. You determine who belongs to the group and no one else can see it except for members of the group. They can post photos of their projects on the group and then you don’t have to. You won’t have ads though. Just a suggestion.

Your rug is pretty! I saw some that our friend Leslie made and they have almost made me change my mind about braided rugs. My mom loved them and when I grew up they were everywhere in our house. These are prettier! All of your pictures are coming thru and looks like a pretty summer day there. Here too, high 80’s, but humid.

Your rug looks great! I finished my first rug, had my husband make the placemat size frame and I’m on my third placemat. And, today I warped the rug frame for my next rug! You’ve gotten me hooked on these things! Glad you aren’t giving up on the blog. Sorry it’s been so hard for you! I love your blog!

Hi Mary, Good to hear from you and your rug is beautiful. Closed 3 ads. We just had some noisy wind roll through with some crazy sideways rain. It was 84 at 4 pm and now is is down to 60 at 7:45. Just crazy weather-alot of neighboring counties in the Hudson valley and western Massachusetts had hail and high winds. I will try to send a picture of one of my #8’s. I spent the last few days cleaning out my sewing room and getting ready to donate some books and fabric. Glad to see the day by day progress of the blog.

I love the rug too and can’t wait to start one. My Honey said he would make both sizes for me so now I have to prod him. Got the book the other day and he looked at it and decided it would be a good project for both of us.
Lots of ads today here, with X’s.

Closed 6 ads on my iPad and the picture came thru fine on this post.
Boy did our temperature drop after a line of thunderstorms came rolling through this afternoon. We needed the rain though.

  22. Marla Jorgensen

Love your rug!! I’ve got to ask my husband to make me the larger frame. He made a placemat size and I had so much fun I’m ready to move up!

Never ever a bother Mary. We’re hanging in here for you. It’s so frustrating for you but we know it will happen and be great.

I am fairly new at quilting and wonder how everyone stores their fabric stash? Do you separate by colors and types of fabrics? What type of storage units do you use? I don’t have a sewing studio and my fabric stash keeps growing and growing. Right now it is in clear plastic tubs and not easy to get to stacked on top of top of each tub.
Thanks for sharing your ideas with me!
I am afraid I am suffering from fabric-alcoholism and need storage ideas to recover.
