Spring Market

Here is our space at the sale today – it looked good!

It was fun to get back to a show and with the other 30 vendors, the traffic was steady all morning.  There was something for everybody.  We do have some quilts left that didn’t sell and next week we’ll show them here on the blog for sale.  I will give you fair warning what day and time – we need a little time to photograph those quilts and get the blog posted.

We are watching basketball tonite as are all of you who love March Madness like I do.  Did you see the UConn women’s game last night?  Holy Cow – what a game!!!

And you know that Hazel is watching with me.

Your booth looked amazing!! Did all of the plants sell? They added a lot to the quilts.
Hazet looks like she is cheering the game.
    Love you blog

Oh m’gosh how I wish I could have been there….and Hazel looks like she is taller than the last photos
of her….Hope your sale was a huge success!

Look forward to seeing your “left overs.” Hope you did well at your sale, it looks very nice. Glad you have a March Madness buddy even if she has four legs.

Your booth looks wonderful. You have had a lot of experience and it shows. And the old clothes rack. I remember in the winter when Mom would bring the frozen clothes inside and hang them on one of those racks in the living room by the stove. I’d always laugh at Dad’s long underwear with the frozen flap. I was an irritating child!

Looks like the makings for a successful sale. Looking forward to your posting next week.

UConn was a heartbreaker last night. With 5 kids and 12 grands, a goodly bunch of them and their spouses graduated from UConn. And great grand Hazel’s daddy graduated from there too!

I guess we’ll have to watch the guys tonight.

Brenda – one of the most dramatic games I’ve ever watched last night!

Would love to have been able to come to the sale, just far enough away here in Omaha, NE. Hazel is such a cutie and what a wonderful baby to cuddle up with and watch the games.

Everything looks so nice. April really brings on the quilt show fever for me. There are at least three shows here around the Paducah area that I know of…especially the big one. Wish you were coming for that.

Rooting for Gonzaga as the tall center Karnowski is a look alike of my grandson.
All the basketball games have been thrillers. Nice break from quilting

Your booth looks like somebody’s home. I’ll be anxious to see what’s left, but probably not much. The games are great. Does Hazel jump when you cheer? Squeak has a fit if I yell so try to be calm–ha. Will be watching on Monday.

Diane – I a loud talker much of the time and it incites Hazel so I am trying to be more calm. Wish me luck!

Good luck. I taught school for over 30 years. One kid told the principal he didn’t hear me when I said…. The principal said he didn’t know anybody who couldn’t hear me!! LOL

Your booth looked lovely, Mary, my friend.
