Those neutrals! What a great stash of fabrics. Going to be hot here today, we really need rain. My hosta shade garden is drying up and it’s really too far from my house to water easily. Plus, we have a water ban in effect here which requires people to only water in the evening or early morning and only by hand. Sigh… I hope my plants survive. Been a very dry summer. Jan in MA

What wonderful pictures to admire from Little Quilts to our happy sewing rooms. Good luck today Mary at your new doctor appointment. I hope this one is much more competent at getting you well as the last one didn’t seem to advocate for you getting answers. I’m sure you will feel relieved when someone gets going on your behalf. We’ve always been blessed with good health care professionals so I would be horrified to feel left in the dark. I’m rooting for a good day for you Mary.

Fun stuff today. I do love stuff.
It has been so hot here, zaps all the energy.
I took Cheyenne’s first female firefighter with me to line dance lessons today. I ask her how long ago she made history…50 years. It took a long time for our city fathers to hire another female. We’ve had 1 female mayor. We’re making progress.
