No Picture! 11-29-25

Yesterday I blew all the leaves out of the rocks in front of my house and then I mowed them all and the lawn was vibrant green and so beautiful. Why didn’t I take a picture? Right now it’s covered with somewhere between 6 and 10” of snow! Sigh.

It has snowed all day and now the wind is picking up. By tomorrow morning our wind chills will be in the single digits. I am so thankful I made the geese go inside the barn late yesterday along with everybody else. Tim can’t get to Barney and I know they’re all safe and warm. We will start clearing the sidewalks and yards as soon as we can – hopefully tomorrow. I had not planned to be in church tomorrow so a sub will play and I’ll shovel.

I have spent about 5 hours removing the binding in the vest. Oh, what a job! This person used PINK thread and did such a poor job of joining strips – here’s an example.

Snow sticking to the windows – by tomorrow I’ll bet they’ll be completely covered.

Good Night!

You did a good job removing the binding. So much work. Love the two cat in your sewing room. I was sewing this afternoon and had 4 Tom turkeys again in the yard. We had 12 inches of snow. Cleared it twice yesterday and once today. More to come tomorrow.
Stay safe and don’t overdo it.

That’s so much work removing that awful binding. But it will look so much better when you get a new binding attached. Your little Mortie is so adorable curled up in her box. Be careful clearing your walks. It’s snowy and icy here as well.
