Such a great song! 10-17-21

It Could Be A Wonderful World by Becky Rose

This is one of the final songs we do at the Care Center – our friend Pearl, age 102, always taps her hands along with the song. I hope you enjoy this!

Thanks for sharing. I have never heard it before. If you and your friend from church ever feel so inclined, we would love to hear your version of it, also some of the other favorites of the care center. Bless you for sharing your love and talents, both for humans and for your dear animal friends too.

Jeanne S – Becky is my sister. Margaret and I do not perform this song but I hope to record some of our duets. Margaret is my organist partner.

    I LOVE it!!!!
Reminds me a bit of a lullaby I sing to Laurel that was the final number of every Bill Staines concert I ever attended!

Diane Bauer – do you know the name of that song? I’ll bet Becky would be interested.

It’s even a more special song to hear since you revealed that Becky is your sister. It does almost sound like a lullaby. You both are very talented. Does she also share your love of animals?

Jeanne S – not really. She likes animals ok but is not interested in rescue which is the major issue in my life.

What a delight! Beautiful song, beautiful words, beautiful voice and guitar. You and your sister are clearly very talented.

What a WONDERFUL treat to start my morning. I will bookmark this to listen to over and over again.
The red snowball quilt is on my DD list to quilt yet. I always loved that pattern of yours and used up many red scraps. I remember that picture on your blog of when you gave that to Becky with Hazel next to her.

That was beautiful, Becky. I also enjoyed your rendition of Blessed Assurance. I’m sure the nursing home residents always enjoy having you and Becky, Mary, when you go there. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Mary maybe the song could be played for the politicians in Washington. Give them something to ponder at least.
Song well sung Becky, Thank you
