The hot air balloons were from our annual Great Texas balloon race here in Longview, Texas. The noise was loud, I could hear them inside and just had to get some pictures. The yellow one went right over our house and we exchanged hello’s. The sunflower 🌻 and lantana by the fence are mine too. Temps in the mid to high 90s and humid 🥵. Penny and Lucy are strictly indoors and don’t know how lucky they are.

WOW, Mary!! Where are the hot air balloons? All of the flowers, flags, and everything else are great:)
No green COMMENT rectangle today, but it was there yesterday! Wild. No worries, I can find you:)
I walked at 6:30 today and was drenched when I came home even though it was only 73*, I think it was 1000000% humidity. I love to walk early b/c I get to see deer, lots of birds including Pileated Woodpeckers, frogs, geese, ducks, and others.
Take care those of you in the heat. We will be 96* today. UGH. I’m moving to NORTHERN Canada–ha.

Love the flowers, the flags, the balloons and everything in between. Made my morning.
We have been hot and windy here. Expecting a change coming with wind and cooler temps. I need to be in my sewing room where it’s always cool however.

Such beautiful flowers!! Going to be another hot one today, think I’ll stay in & sew today. Got a rain shower last night so I don’t have to water my flowers. The hot air balloons are amazing!

All the flowers are beautiful. I especially liked the Columbines, and my all time favorites are the Purple Coneflowers—just lovely.
Take care all who are dealing with the extreme temps.
Thanks, Mary 🥰

Great photos! Love the hot air balloons, that must be amazing to see so many! And the koi pond, who’s is that? I’d love to have one some day. Yours is just so peaceful looking. Heat wave coming to MA tomorrow. Today it wasn’t too bad, just around 80. Stay cool everyone! Jan in MA
