    I will send a pic of my two Harveys soon, Mary. It was fun dressing them—like paper dolls😹. I just finished the blocks for your $5.00 pattern with the jelly roll. I learned something-always a good thing. Not all the strips were 45” or even 42” long so I had to make a run to Lunn’s fabrics. Remember them? Beautiful batik fabrics!! They are only 40 minutes from me.

      Joy – we were kids, weren’t we? Haha! I remember thinking we could only try, right? If we failed as pattern designers, at least we tried. Connie is anxious to get back to Okoboji to start planning her gardening.

And thank you to Becky and you for today’s smile. My (older) brother turned 69 on the 5th. Said he wasn’t celebrating this one as 69 is a boring age but 70 sounds like more fun.
