    What a soothing voice Becky has! So enjoyed the sentiment of the song, too. I played the Tennessee Waltz for Dwight. It brought tears to our eyes, it was Dwight’s mother’s favorite song.

    Do you and Becky ever do duets, Mary? You both have a talent for music. Thank you, Becky for brightening our day. No wonder the residents at senior centers love to see you come and entertain them.
    I’m still reeling over my beloved women’s Hawkeye basketball loss,in the finals. Like Mary, I feel the worst for the seniors on the team, knowing it was the last time they would be playing together and wearing Hawkeye uniforms. Coach Lisa gave a great tribute to the team. The team and the coaches brought so much joy to people all over the country and gave everyone a chance to see ‘Iowa nice’ through both wins and losses. What will we do now for excitement, Mary? Oh, I know…we’ll have plenty of outdoor chores now that spring is here.

      Jeanne – Becky and I do duets at Concord – I don’t sing, only play. We have played other places but we have a low key, no fuss “show” – ha! Still feeling bad about the game but the news is still talking about the game and today Caitlin won the John Wooden award again. Where will she put all those trophies?
