do yu ever try the old fashioned remedy of unplugging everything . waiting 30 seconds and plugging it back in ????? works wonders even on the TV but mostly on anything computer-wise. This is how my mother and I solved computer issues when i was her cross country IT person. Not trying to trivialize your issues
