Flowers, Part 2

What’s with all the deer?

These hailstones happened in western Iowa yesterday afternoon. I’m quite sure crops were destroyed in that area – very sad for those farmers.

Sent by a reader – isn’t it sweet?

I just heard from Donna who says it’s not fixed like she thought – no comment section. So I’ll contact WordPress today and see if I can figure it out. sorry to have been so elated – haha!

Back to the drawing board. Ugh.

I love that we have so many flowers to enjoy😀. Thanks to everyone who sent in photos of flowers and quilts. I am trying!! Too much going on. It is going to be in the high 90’s here so I will be quilting😀. Mary, thank you for keeping us connected and up to date on all of your “doings” as my Nana used to say😀😀
PS. My husband and I had a bad cold/cough. Mine wasn’t as bad as his, but not Covid. Did anyone else have this? The Dr told him not Covid or flu—whew!

Diane, I had a terrible cough & cold that I had a hard time recovering from. The clinic tested me for everything then sent me home. A week later I was back at the clinic – I then had double ear infection & sinus infection. I was feeling much better after taking an antibiotic. The dr said colds this time of year can be compounded by pollen – even though I’ve never had allergies. Hope you a feeling better soon.

Hi! I think for those of us who just read it or email….. I have no comment section…. If you click to read it on the actual blog….. the comment section is here.

Jenny – OK! I think I’ve got it now – I hope the other readers see this. How can it have changed the way they read it however? The WordPress update could have changed that, too? If I go into the Admin page what would I be looking for?

Working for me, click on the blog title in the e-mail and it takes me to the blog page where the ads are so I can click on them. Great pictures. Very hot and dry here in NE panhandle. Carol L.

    It is working for me.
It is 90 degrees a half hour west of Peoria; however, the humidity is not too bad.
    Thanks, Mary 🥰

I always click on the title and have only had the one time there was no way to comment. Also that’s the only way I see ads to close, not in the email itself.
Beautiful flowers and yards. I’m so jealous!

I can comment today. One day this week I could not but it seems to be working fine. When I get your email, I always click on the title and it takes me to the server.

Exactly that’s what I do and it will always let you go to the comments. There also adds to click on!!

  7. Teresa in Indiana

Through the blog I could comment.
Beautiful flowers today! Thanks for keeping trying.

I tapped on the words “read on blog” at the top of the post, and it opened in a new window. Lots of ads to X… I was able to read comments and post a comment.

I can now reply to this post! The flowers are beautiful, those hailstones are something else, the deer visiting and the Hummel statue are very sweet.

I don’t have the ability to reply to “I am waiting” but I now can leave a reply to your last two posts. Odd, huh?
